Return and exchange
If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, we will be happy to accept the return of most new goods within 30 days after receipt.
1. Please contact the customer service on our website to explain the items and reasons you want to return.
2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in the original packaging.
3. Give the parcel to the local post office.
4. We will process your return within 5 working days after receiving your package. After the refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide whether a certain product is suitable for you. If you want to return or exchange goods, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: tights, underwear and swimwear.
3. The returned articles must remain unused with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way.
4. Articles with non refundable marks and free gifts shall not be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items without proper return request.
Note: The original freight and freight guarantee are not refundable.
Delayed or missing refund
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. Your refund may take some time to be officially released. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before the refund is posted. If you order the products produced according to the requirements, we will send the bulk samples to you for confirmation, and we will send them to you after confirmation. Therefore, we do not accept returns of such products.
